Doll Washer and Dryer

Hey! I want to share a quick tip of how to make an American Girl doll Washer and Dryer. I used a tissue box for the base and I cut a hole in the middle of the box and cut black paper in a circle to go around it and put a piece of tape on the circle then I put another piece of packaging take over the other piece of tape so if you put clothes in it they won't stick. Then you tape/glue the circle to the circle you cut out of the box. Then you can take little colored circle pieces of paper for knobs and buttons. For your dryer you could put a piece of black paper like a square for the door then you also could use little paper circles for knobs and buttons. Here's mine: 

For laundry baskets I found these adorable little baskets at Target in the "Dollar Section" two for a dollar. Here they are:

         Also you can either easily blow water balloons up or use a tool to make little doll "Birthday Party" balloons since there are A LOT of birthdays in January and February!

Organization Tips

Hey!  I have been organizing some my room and I thought some of my organizing with you! First if you have a desk, window seat, bench, etc. and their is trinkets and lipgloss, etc. on it and you don't know what to do with it? Well I've taken an old storage box and used for all of those trinkets so the stuff is not all over my furniture. This is my box: 

You can place the box on a bookshelf, on top of a desk and wherever you chose!

YOLO

Have you ever heard of YOLO? Do you believe in it?  Don't!  It stands for You Only Live Once.  You live once but this is not technically what is used when you mean that you only live once you can make mistakes.  You can make mistakes but you need to make sure that you learn from those mistakes.  I think that God has given you a life and you should take it and use it wisely and learn about God, read the Bible and go to Church.   Also things that you have to watch out for is who you text, email and call, who you associate with, Do they go to Church? Do they believe in God?  Do they do things you NEVER would do?  If there is someone who is a bully to you at school or church, etc.  Pray for them!!!!  It's hard!  Like them be their friends.  I have a struggle with finding friends.  It's EASY!  Just ask people their interests!  Whatever your struggle with just pray and let God lead you to where you need to be. If your having a hard time at school or at your activities it's for the best!  I think that I have been a little mean lately.  Do you ever say to someone "I'm NEVER gonna talk to you again?" I think that a lot.  If they do something mean to you or you want them to do something for you and they don't just forgive them of their mistakes.  If they aren't doing anything wrong and it was you please ask them to forgive you.  Did you think of a VERY amazing "New Year's Resolution" this year? (such as read your bible go to church more eating healthier and keeping your body God's temple) Have you followed it??????? I haven't.  This is not just something we'll push of aside till next year. I'm STILL learning how to commit to commitments and change from my wicked ways. I've had lot's of practice!  Most of us HAVE to have to have practice but we need to act the way God would. If Adam and Eve hadn't have eaten that fruit we would not be in a world of sin. So we have to walk the tightrope WITHOUT falling off. We can wobble but we HAVE to try and not fall off. But therefore he took our suffering.  He is our Savior, King of Kings and he is the Lord of Lords. We should worship him and  obey his commands, follow his rules and be a leader and a follower of Jesus Christ but not only that we need to do what he tells us to do, read the Bible and go to church.  We are the sheep and he is the shepherd if we run away and almost get killed we learn NOT to go down that path again. We need to LEARN from our mistakes and take life seriously because we live in a bad world of suffering and sin. We need to act like we want to go to Heaven.  We need to be a REAL FOLLOWER of Jesus Christ. I've ALWAYS wanted this world of sin to be good and clean in the end. Like a fairytale. But life is NOT a fairytale it is more like battling the devil.  We don't want to let him get into our lives. Watch Your Actions!

Hey!  Today I started back to school!  I have a couple subjects I need to improve on!  Everyone does!  Today I have done a couple things I shouldn't have done during school.  Do you EVER feel like you are a little tiny person in this big world and you know that your not perfect but you just want to get a better grade? I feel that way A LOT!  The rest of the school year I'm going to try and use positive attitudes at school, listen  to the teacher and use lot's of manners to my teacher.  I'm waking up a little earlier than usual so before school I can read my bible, do my devotions, etc.  This works VERY well!  I did this this morning and I had a GREAT school day.  I will do this a lot!  Do it with me!  I'll be working on a devotion for you that we can do during Summer Break for boosters of encouragement!  Hope you'll read it with me!  Even though I write it I think I NEED some boosters of my own encouragement!  You Know!  Well I hope that you have a GREAT week, month, new year and I forgot something didn't I?  Have a blessed day!

What Christmas is ALL about

Christmas is all about Jesus’ birth.  Some people have changed it ALL up and they think that CHRISTmas is all about presents, shopping and all the kids think that it’s ALL about presents and what they are going to get and when some kids do that their parents  have to get them that stuff and mostly all it is is iPod Touch, iPad, Kindle Fire.  We don’t WANT to be like that. Right? I would rather not get any presents.  But of course it is nice to give presents to friends.  It IS a time of giving but if you say you don’t want presents and you get some well that’s not you your Mom and Dad are being nice and giving you some anyway.  I’m not saying it’s BAD to get gifts or get gifts I’m just saying that most of the time were asking for gifts and toys and electronics and it takes US off of the focus about how Christ came and we are to celebrate!

 Mom looked up from her embroidery and asked, "Quinn, where is Matthew?" "I think he and his new friend went to basketball on their bikes." Quinn said as she put the last branch on the Christmas tree. "Okay. I think that's him at the door right now." Mom said. "I had the BEST time at basketball with my new friend." Matthew said. "Cool. I'm running to the store." Mom said.  "Okay I'm going to finish decorating for Christmas." Quinn said. "For Christmas?" Matthew asked. "Yeah." Quinn answered. " "Where's Baby Jesus and your manger scene?" Matthew asked. "I decided not to put them up this year." Quinn said. "But Jesus is why we celebrate. It's his birthday." Matthew said. "Maybe I should put them up. Thanks for making me realize how silly I was being." Quinn replied. "Your welcome." Matthew said.

What I struggle with...

Hey!  I stress a lot because I don't know what kind of Christmas Presents I want and what I want to buy for myself?  But I've been thinking whatever I get its not mine it's God's.  I surely don't have ANY money because I buy LOT'S of things with HIS money, however I just finished paying off something I bought with HIS money.  I wouldn't like it if somebody bought something with my money, that's why you have to ask the Him if you can buy it.  I just get SO caught up in what I'm gonna get and gonna buy and I don't HAVE to or NEED to get anything.  How about this year ALL us kids give something we really want to kids who don't have toys and ALL adults either buy toys or food and give it to the poor, the needy, the hungry, the hurt and those who don't know Jesus as their Savior.  We recently had a Fall Festival for Church that was for those kids in that area to get and us kids at the church to give.  I'll ALWAYS remember standing up on the stage singing with all the children and every kid watching us like we were "Superstars" it made me SO happy to be glorifying the LORD.  I hope that you know Jesus as your personal Savior.  I don't know what burden you have inside of you but I have this one.  If you have any burdens let them come out.  You can ALWAYS post your dilemmas on this blog and you may not get a response that day but I promise you that you can tell me anything and I won't tell anyone this dilemma of yours.  Thanks!  Have a BLESSED day!

Your Chose In Friends

I have been VERY picky about my Friends.  Do they love God? Are they respectful to their Family, Other Friends or teachers or leaders? Do they go to Church? Are they nice to you and friendly to you? Do they? Do they? Do they?  Is that ALL you hear and you think that it is JUST a drag?  I think that it is VERY true. You need to watch out about who you friend because if they may tempt you to do something you KNOW that God wouldn't do or that you shouldn't do.  I see this VERY hard.  People haven't REALLY took me as a real friend because I don't go to Public School.  Most people say that Kids that are homeschooled don't have ANY friends and that IS true when those Public School members don't friend them because they are homeschooled.  I believe that Girl or Boy SHOULD accept them because they are more friendly than you think.  Thanks!  Have a BLESSED day!

Family and Friends

I recently had Family over from different states and ALL my little cousins under the age of six were asking me questions I surely did NOT want to answer.  I thought bad things about them being at our house and me having to go to their Houses.  Also the last day they were asking me and my mom a question being on a couch they could tip backwards, we were trying to answer them and they flipped back and the couch landed right on top of MY FOOT!  We were trying to get it out, no injuries just a scrape and a couple bruises.  THANKFULLY!!!!!!  I really should not have been acting that way, they ARE just kids.  Kids that I love and adore.  For the anger of man does not produce the righteousness of God. James 1:20.  I think this verse kind of relates to what happend and I should have not done that because the anger of us is not getting us to Heaven and that's just where that verse is taking place in my mind.  Dear Jesus, Please forgive me of my anger, I know that that is not what you want us Christians to do.  I will find strength in you and will succeed and will forgive these people I have wronged.  Amen

Doll Thanksgiving/Halloween

      Hey!  I have been extremely BUSY with schoolwork but I actually found a way for my doll to have some fun making some GREAT Halloween and or Thanksgiving.  You can stay tuned and get some MORE Halloween craft ideas here on Thursday.  Thanks!  So here are my ideas for Thanksgiving you need a fake or real pumpkin and Paint also I have a dotting tool but I wanted polka dots so that's why our dotting tool is actually homemade you just take a thick paintbrush and yank it out from underneath.

Hey!  I was thinking about putting some more American Girl Doll Items on my Christmas List and 

found a way I could make my own items like the: American Girl Sugar and Spice Baking Set which is $58.

It Includes a Doll Sized Gingerbread House, Gumdrops, Pastry Bag, Sprinkles, Candy Plate, Candy Canes, Cake Plate, Apron and Hat.  The Gingerbread House you can make with cardboard, Clay or Playdoh and glitter, The Gumdrops you can make with clay or playdoh, the Pastry bag you can make with a real pastry bag also known as a frosting bag, the sprinkles you can take a mini plastic jar that you don't use and put little pieces of paper inside or clay/Playdoh, For the Candy Canes you can take cardboard make a box and make candy canes with clay/Playdoh, Paper or cardboard my WONDERFUL Mother made me a plain (not for Christmas but could be used for Christmas) apron from a Long Sleeved T-Shirt! Welcome!

Hey!  I'm so excited about starting my blog!  I feel like it has been forever to finally get it!  Well let's start from the VERY beginning, "Mom can I start my own blog?" I asked. It was ALWAYS "I'll have to check the security for you before you can get one." I was beginning to get angry, but really my mom wasn't doing that to make me mad she was trying to protect me and make sure I was safe getting a blog.  I might have got REALLY angry but I was really supposed to be thanking my mom because she was taking care of me and making sure I was safe.  Sometimes we may think that our Moms just don't want us to do that or have that but really it's the devil provoking us and trying to make us get mad and think that way.  We REALLY don't need to do that.  Now I REALLY do thank her that she did this for me and was worried about my safety getting a blog because some girls like me don't even have computers that they can start blogs on or even have Parents who want to know about their security.  Today I want EVERYONE to think of what He would say, What He would do and how HE would act.  A verse about temptation: "Submit yourselves, then, to God. Resist the devil and he will flee from you." James 4:7  Dear Lord, I thank you for letting me have a Mother and a Father that would WANT to know about my security. I pray that you let me use my thoughts and actions nicely and pleasing to You on this Sisterhood, Daughterhood, Dollhood Blog.  Amen
